Once your data is in the cloud, the account is the front door. We deploy multi-factor authentication, Conditional Access policies and privileged-access controls, then clear out what has accumulated — stale accounts, over-broad permissions, shared logins and legacy authentication that quietly bypasses everything else.

This work is also the prerequisite for anything AI-related: Copilot surfaces whatever a user can already reach, so a loose permissions model becomes a data-exposure problem the moment it is switched on.

We plan and run mailbox, file and tenant migrations with staged cutovers, pre-migration checks and a rollback position. Users are told what changes and when, and we stay close for the first week afterwards — which is when the real questions arrive.
